Software Engineering Radio (SE Radio) is a podcast aimed at professional software developers. Our goal is to provide a lasting educational resource, rather than a mere newscast. As a weekly show, we engage with experts from throughout the software engineering domain, examining a wide range of topics that are crucial to software developers.
Every episode of SE Radio features original content; we don’t simply record conferences or talks given in other venues.
SE Radio is managed by volunteers and staff from IEEE Software, a prominent technical magazine for software professionals published by IEEE Computer Society.
Founded in January 2006 by Markus Voelter, SE Radio partnered with IEEE Software in February 2012. Since then, the show has been run through the collaborative efforts of IEEE Computer Society staff and a dedicated team of volunteer editors, making it a vital software engineering podcast.
